This support package provides a comprehensive technology support for our clients. Support is rendered as and when required by the client through phone, Online Support Portal or Onsite. Below is a detailing of what is included with this package.
- This may include anything from the Helpdesk support to server support, Helpdesk troubleshooting for the consumers, creating user or logon accounts, network connection issues, Internet connectivity issues, software and hardware issues, software installations, questions or consultations and etc.
- Support is mostly rendered through online, where the clients allow the Veusoft experts to remotely login to their desktop sessions for troubleshooting. Support is also through phone, unless there is a mission critical scenario where physical presence is required in which case support is available the same or next business day.
The Retainer support Maintenance package is available in different Support Hour brackets, depending on the size of the Client network infrastructure and the level of support required by the client on a monthly basis.
